A 10.42 carat oval Colombian emerald, certified by Gübelin as Muzo origin with insignificant clarity enhancement. Flanked by a pair of step-cut trapezoid diamonds and seated in a hand-pierced platinum mount, the stone holds its own conversation — at once historic and almost startlingly modern.
